In Palm Springs, California, the 2024 Arthur Lyons Film Noir Festival celebrates its 2024 incarnation beginning on Thursday evening May 9th.

The festival runs through Sunday, May 12th, at the Palm Springs Cultural Center. The Center, at the site of the former Camelot Theatres, is located at 2300 E. Baristo Road.

Just a few of the recommended films to see include 2 directed by André De Toth: Crime Wave (1954) and Day of the Outlaw (1959). Another is the CC’s Hidden Gem Across the Bridge (1957).
